Raleigh Rescue Mission
The Junior Woman's Club of Raleigh is a non-profit, civic organization for women, ages 18-45, committed to promoting volunteerism, improving our community, and fostering new friendships. Under the auspices of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of North Carolina, the JWC was formed in 1928 and incorporated in 1949.
The Seal pictured above was designed in 2000 by one of our very own Junior club women. The seal represents our location in Raleigh, with the drawing of the North Carolina Capitol rotunda. The six stars represent our affiliation with District VI of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, North Carolina (GFWC-NC).
Visitors are always welcome! Come and visit our club to see how you can make a difference in our community. Participate in a variety of projects including many hands-on activities which offer enriching experiences to our membership.
